DISCOUNTED TIME BLOCK CONTRACTS

* A 1/2 hour traveling charge will be deducted from the time block for each service call within 40 minutes from our company. Otherwise, if your location is over 40 minutes away from our company, actual one way travel time will be deducted.

Minimum charge of one and half hours labor for each onsite service call. (Which includes travel time)
Minimum charge of one hour for any instore service
Minimal charge of .25 hours for any telephone or remote support

**We also make our best effort to provide service in a timely fashion, but we do not guarantee response times without a current time block contract.

Services are available during Ardmore Computers’ regular business hours:
9AM to 6PM Monday through Friday except any holidays or scheduled closings listed on website (See Store Hours Section on the bottom right.)

6% PA Sales Tax will be added to all services.

Time block contracts are only valid when paid in advance.
